We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

Anna spent a long time helping me and she was an absolute dear, very knowledgeable about the products and super friendly — I had a great time talking with her today and got some delicious smelling bath bombs, bubble bars and some samples I'm excited to try! The person who designed the new bath bomb wall also did a truly phenomenal job merchandising the shop and is so sweet. Highly recommend checking out this shop if you haven't before or paying a visit if it's been a while!

However, there’s always room for improvement, and here are two areas where LUSH could elevate the experience even further. *Harmonizing the Soundscape: While the in-store music adds a lively energy, it can become overwhelming when combined with external mall sounds, like live piano performances. This sensory overload might cut visits short for some customers. A more balanced sound environment could help create a serene space where shoppers can linger and explore at their leisure. *Enhancing the Scent Experience: With so many delightful fragrances to choose from, decision-making can be a challenge! Providing small jars of coffee beans (or something similar) as a scent reset tool would be a helpful addition, reducing olfactory fatigue. We love LUSH and look forward to every visit!
