The stylist didn't clean up properly after the hair cut, and left large amount of hair around my neck (see photo). When I requested a proper hair clean-up, she just used a hair blower and blowed those tiny bits hair further beneath my neck, stuck behind my undercloth, made my skin itchy for the whole day.
