It's very rare that I'm satisfied with a haircut that I get and this was one of those times. Would definitely ask for Raven next time I'm there!

This location and one other I went to I had to ask someone else to fix the haircut because the person cutting the hair obviously isn't trained and completely butchered the haircut. One other location the employees looked drugged out of their minds so I didn't even bother to let them try to cut my hair. This is not the kind of service you expect from an almost 30 dollar haircut. So sad because the last time the guy that cut my hair (a different person) did a great job. My haircut is not that complex so it shouldn't be a chance experience if I get someone that can properly cut hair, especially when paying almost 30 bucks!
