  Crazy to see the negative reviews! I went today and the staff was so sweet to me and my family! Larisa was great! Everyone was so nice. They gave my daughter stickers. I will be shopping here more often

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at CHANEL! Two amazing ladies assisted me throughout my visit — they patiently walked me through the products and explained everything in detail. I truly appreciated how they tailored their suggestions based on my skin tone and specific needs. Their exceptional customer service made me feel so valued. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Extremely rude lady with the blonde hair and said what I picked out was really cheap. Also mentioned I kept "wasting" their testers even though I only tried on 2 highlighters to see the difference. Before of the staff here!

  I doubt if this store is really has any relation with CHANEL. Please read the reviews before you go. I went to this store today to get a lip stick. In stead of going to Nordstrom, I went to this store as I thought they might provide better service. But I was wrong. The sales are so unfriendly, unprofessional and snob. I waited in the line to check out. Two registers open and six or five staffs were there but only one staff was helping check out. I waited for around ten minutes. A young tall female sales with long curly hair and round frame glasses ignored me and directed went to the couple behind me to help them check out. After I complained that I was in the line before them, she rolled her eyes to me instead of apologizing. I am so disappointed at this “CHANEL” store.
