- KKkaitieDec 26, 20251.0my boyfriend got me the holiday hair trio package & they accidentally sold him the hand cream trio instead, he went to return it and get the correct item and employees were extremely rude & couldnt fix it for for him when he went over to the aveda in uvillage and they were super kind & immediately exchanged it for him, just be nice it costs nothing to just be nice.

She's been with the company for TWELVE years so needless to say, she's an expert when it comes to all things hair! She analyzed my scalp and hair thoroughly. She answered my million questions in detail and I felt confident buying the products she recommended for my specific needs. Lisa was also very helpful, patient and super sweet. She even gave me a few free samples to take home. Both Lisa & Jennifer exceeded my expectations! Thanks to these 2 wonderful ladies, I will continue to visit this store.
