  Crazy to see the negative reviews! I went today and the staff was so sweet to me and my family! Larisa was great! Everyone was so nice. They gave my daughter stickers. I will be shopping here more often

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at CHANEL! Two amazing ladies assisted me throughout my visit — they patiently walked me through the products and explained everything in detail. I truly appreciated how they tailored their suggestions based on my skin tone and specific needs. Their exceptional customer service made me feel so valued. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  that lady was rude, not friendly and snob， just because I want to buy a mascara, she ignored my existed and I try to asked some questions, she roll her eyes to the ceiling and left me alone in the store. Two sales services for the other customer in the store with a dog. The dog just walked around in the store. So messed up.

  The only beauty fragrance boutique in the Pacific Northwest. Got very comprehensive inventories. The staffs are friendly but seemed under trained. They don’t know much about the stuff they are selling. For exclusive/unpopular products, they have no idea what they are talking about. lol. The Nordstrom chanel is sooo much better, more friendly staffs and give much more freebies.
