They have new employees every time you go in, so you can't get the same stylist. I have to say I will never give another chance to anyone who works at this location. My hair cut is so bad that I just went home and shaved my head completely, my hair was cut so uneven that I had no choice but to just shave it all. Wouldn't recommend that you even get your head shaved here because it would probably still be uneven.

I took my daughter in for a haircut, not to get a lecture from your incapable stylist who complained about how greasy her hair was. She just showered before we left the house, her hair was not greasy. Then this lady, the Hispanic one who was doing what she calls work today at about 1 PM, proceeded to insult my daughter even mor by complaining that her hair was hard to cut while ALSO giving her a LECTURE on how she should wash her hair. The cherry on top is the nerve to expect a tip after being a c u next Tuesday to my daughter the whole time. We certainly won't be back. This location has a fundamental business issue anyway. The attrition is massive, neve th same stylist for more than a month so you know this place is messed up all the way around. Save your money for real professionals
