  Very disappointed with the cut. I was disappointed immediately, however it has grown out terribly. One of my worst cuts ever. Mikayla seemed to not have a clue what she was doing, didn’t use the picture and kept going shorter in all the wrong places and had didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. By the time, I realized that she was butchering my hair she was most of the way through it. I left a review through the email that was sent to me by this business and I never got a reply from it so felt that they didn’t care what my feedback was. I was very disappointed, actually almost devastated by how I looked when this haircut was done. Fortunately, with the use of a hair wax and a curling iron I’m able to hide how bad it looks until it grows out enough to go to a different salon. In addition to not following the picture or my verbal description, she spoke about her regular customers and inferred that I was a time filler and an afterthought. I have previously gone to the Elle Marie salon in Snohomish and was pleased with the service. My stylist moved away, and I was trying out this salon because it’s much closer to my home. I do not recommend going to this salon, especially if you’re going to schedule with Mikayla.

  DID NOT LISTEN. I was very specif about how to hold her hand to get the achieved layered effect. Jessica agreed. Then by the time it got to the cutting, she went back to the 'standard' way of cutting. She cut the very back 1st so there was no correction i could give seeing how the back would have been drastically different. If she was unsure what we had agreed on she should of asked. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL. $450 later I HATE MY HAIR exactly what I DIDNT want I thought going to a 'nice' place they would have been better than an $10 supercut haircut. I also told her cut TWO FINGERS off the length. again she did about 4 and cut the back 1st so there was so fixing it. I dont like my hair sitting on my shoulders, that all it does now, constantly brushing my neck. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

  Michaela is fantastic! As someone who often goes years in between haircuts and hardly ever at a nice salon, Michaela made the visit very comfortable and inviting. She shared her knowledge and professional opinion on what would look best, and I am so happy with the results!
