  Corinna is amazing—so easy to talk to, genuinely kind, and incredibly talented at what she does. She really listens and delivers exactly what you’re hoping for. Easily the best haircut I’ve had. The space is beautiful too—clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care goes into every part of the experience. Highly recommend.

  I called and was fortunate to get a last minute appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and bubbly. The first impression of this salon is welcoming and decorative. My hair dresser greeted me very kindly and led me to her chair. I didn't quite know what I wanted, but I knew my hair was flat and needed a trim. I asked Merridie what she recommended. After explaining her thoughts and opinions about what she thinks would be a good choice, I trusted Merridie and was greatly impressed. She somehow knew EXACTLY what I needed! She made me feel confident with my new hair style. Not only that but her kindness radiated off of her and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I have finally found a permanent stylist and permanent salon!!! Thank you so much Red Salon/Merridie!!!

  From the outside, this place seems a little intimidating, but everyone I dealt with was super friendly and welcoming. Mercedes did a fantastic job of cutting my hair and making me feel comfortable. I was super pleased with the result, and the price was quite reasonable. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Anacortes.

  My husband and I both had our hair cut here. We both came away quite pleased. Will definitely go again. Good cut and great smelling, natural Avada products.

  Corinna Carter and her staff are AWESOME. Aveda salon where you can get tons of Aveda products including small sized travel products, love it!
