We were greeted promptly upon arrival and I noticed that even when they were busy, they always made sure to greet other customers as well. This makes a big difference to me because sometimes you go to places and they ignore you, even if they are just sitting and looking at their phones. I came here because I was tired of other haircut places (even child-centered ones) either acting like they didn't want to be there or were too nervous to cut my child's hair properly. He is actually pretty well behaved as long as I give him a little screen time. Ashlee was CONFIDENT and SO FRIENDLY and put my mind at ease. I will DEFINITELY be returning and asking for Ashlee!!! My son looks so handsome with his new haircut and she knew exactly what he needed.
