    Gabby and Olivia did an amazing job with my hair color and nail services. Both students went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful. Their customer service was outstanding. I cannot wait to visit them again!

    My first appointment. I was not seen I arrived 5min before my appointment and was told to have a seat. 15min later I heard a stylist ask another one “who’s client is that” then whispers to each other. Still waiting. At 20 min of being there is asked what is going on why am I still waiting? I was told things like this happen. I sat there un acknowledged for 20 min after my check in. I was told we are moving salons so things like this happen I don’t have a stylist for you she’s busy. Ok then let me know. You know have some customer service skills: if my stylist wasn’t ready maybe I should have been told that. I will never go back and I suggest no one else goes either. Very rude. I’ve never been sat there for more than a few minutes without being told if there was going to be a wait passed my appointment time.

    I went here in April for a haircut with layers and curtain bangs. I went after work and they were able to squeeze me in. Caitie did my haircut, herself was an amazing person but she did a choppy cut and didn’t do curtain bangs she gave me short bangs up to my eyes. Im the type of person who hates confrontation and telling people I dislike something so I left crying because I hated the cut and it was not at all what i asked for. I have my wedding coming up and my bangs are still short and my hair is still choppy, and with how the “layers” were done and the “curtain bangs” I can’t do much with my hair. I don’t want to give this salon a bad rating but my experience was not great. overall I will not be coming back to this salon.
