  Gabby and Olivia did an amazing job with my hair color and nail services. Both students went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful. Their customer service was outstanding. I cannot wait to visit them again!

  My first appointment. I was not seen I arrived 5min before my appointment and was told to have a seat. 15min later I heard a stylist ask another one “who’s client is that” then whispers to each other. Still waiting. At 20 min of being there is asked what is going on why am I still waiting? I was told things like this happen. I sat there un acknowledged for 20 min after my check in. I was told we are moving salons so things like this happen I don’t have a stylist for you she’s busy. Ok then let me know. You know have some customer service skills: if my stylist wasn’t ready maybe I should have been told that. I will never go back and I suggest no one else goes either. Very rude. I’ve never been sat there for more than a few minutes without being told if there was going to be a wait passed my appointment time.

  I went here in April for a haircut with layers and curtain bangs. I went after work and they were able to squeeze me in. Caitie did my haircut, herself was an amazing person but she did a choppy cut and didn’t do curtain bangs she gave me short bangs up to my eyes. Im the type of person who hates confrontation and telling people I dislike something so I left crying because I hated the cut and it was not at all what i asked for. I have my wedding coming up and my bangs are still short and my hair is still choppy, and with how the “layers” were done and the “curtain bangs” I can’t do much with my hair. I don’t want to give this salon a bad rating but my experience was not great. overall I will not be coming back to this salon.

  I went here a year ago and loved the color. I went this year and was very disappointed. I showed her pictures from last year. The color is much darker this time. When I went in for my appointment, I told them I wanted the same color lowlights from last time. They told me there were no notes on the colors used. I showed the stylist pictures and she said she could do it the same. I called and originally they scheduled an appointment for me to come back. They them called me and told me it would fade and be fine. They also told me that I had gotten highlights last time, and lowlights this time. I don't know went they didn't tell me that when I was in the salon and find it hard to believe if they had no notes on my previous colors. As much as I paid, it should be fine now and it is not! Photo on the right from last year and photo on the left from this year. The new color is significantly darker than last time. I am very disappointed! I went back today and Song helped me out. She was amazing, patient, and did a great job! I am so happy that I gave them another chance. The final photo is from today.
