She was kind and patient with helping me find the right products. This store seems to train their employees better than other locations I’ve been to, if you’re looking for good customer service this is the store.

I come into this Sephora all the time with my sister, and we usually spend anywhere from $100–$300 each visit. Yet every single time we come in, the security team watching the cameras follows us around the store. On this particular day, I spent $186.98. There were only four customers in the entire store, but one Beauty Advisor kept repeatedly “guest servicing” me. It didn’t feel genuine it felt like she thought I was stealing. And right behind her was security the whole time. It was obvious. I don’t know if this is because I’m Latino, but it honestly needs to stop. I used to work at Sephora, so I know how loss prevention works. This didn’t feel like normal customer service it felt targeted and uncomfortable.
