I never been so Hurt in my life *EmotionallyðŸ˜. Don’t let the all 5 Stars and most *recommend salon to go too! It’s not all that!!! Ms. Carolette, did my hair and I was not *impressed at *ALL. All of those reviews saying she’s all this and that is not *TRUE. She took my *money $395 to do a full weave. I showed the picture of the style I wanted. Ms. Carolette, styled, my hair the way she wanted too. We all know it takes two or two 1/2 bundles to do a bob style. First of all she *only put one bundle in my hair the first time. She did not take the time to *listen to me. When I asked for *highlights! She dyed all of the hair. *NOT the color I c *showed her! So, I called Ms. Carolette, to let her know. I was not *Happy! with what she did. Or attempted to *DO! Ms. Carolette, knew my bob was not *thick enough!! So.. I went back later on that same night for her to fix and adjust my hair. All she did was add another bundle of hair weave. Trimmed my the hair, curled it and it still was not done *Correctly! So, I had to go to another salon asking for someone to PLEASE! Help me! I showed the Lady the picture! She cut and style it close too the picture as she could! And I asked Ms. Carolette, for 1/2 of my money back! She had the nerves to write a check knowing, I gave her cash. Ms. Carolette, also knew I did not have an account at the bank she wrote it out too. So, needles to say I was charged $8 to cash it. I am one emotionally Hurt Customer!!! *Not pleased at all!!!!!
