I gave a 1 star because the manager was accommodating and was able to solve our issues. I will be taking this corporate. The treatment we recieved from Aliyah, the stylist, was unprofessional. Regardless of your age as stated by the manager, a professional should always understand that customers come first. Aliyah looked me in the eye, after seeing the texture of my girls' hair, and told me that my appointment was canceled. When asked to provide proof, she couldn't, and resulted to calling the manager. Hair Cuttery has a system in place where alerts are sent to your phone with any change to your schedule or reminders for your appointment. I didn't recieve any alert regarding a change to my appointment. Please do not go to Aliyah.
