  The lady who did my hair absolutely ruined it not only did she not listen to what I want and suggest something else I went in for a trim as she shortened the sides of my hair so much I could genuinely kill myself.

  Kelly was great! My son has long hair and she listened and did exactly what we asked for. She tuned into my son’s personality and did not force small talk with him. He was very happy with the overall experience.

  People are nice. That being said, I walked in and asked for a haircut and beard trim/shape up. I waited and eventually got to the chair just ti be told that they don’t do beards…. Major inconvenience to me (haven’t shaved for 2 days) had an event in the afternoon, very inconvenient and not happy at all. Haircut was 6/10.

  The 1st time I went there was great. The manager Kelly cut my hair. Made a 2nd appointment with her. Got to my appointment 5 minutes early......she had already left. How do you leave the shop with an appointment on the books? Well needless to say....they just lost a regular customer.
