- YAYeni AguilarDec 28, 20251.0Today I went to Sephora and it had never happened to me before that one of the employees, who had red dyed hair, told me, "Don't open it if you're not going to buy it," even though I was opening the box because it was the one I was going to pay for. And the silliest thing is that she's a Hispanic woman who acts like she's American but has terrible customer service skills. (Potomac)

Ebony helped me out and she was incredible. She shade matched me and everything, and when I got home everything was perfect thanks to her! I will be returning to this store in the future. 10/10!
- DTD TSep 13, 20251.0I went to this Sephora with my sisters. I’m 20, my older sister is 21, and my little sisters are 13. We wanted to shop around and the one thing we wanted was to get my little sister a small version of the perfume she likes. Since we walked in, the employees immediately started watching us and speaking on their headsets, would not leave us alone. Instead of pointing us to where the perfume was she asked for the exact name of thing we wanted and said she would keep it at the register. We literally just walked in and had not done anything remotely suspicious. I don’t want to assume anything on the part of other people but I felt mistreated. When my sisters went over to pay, I stayed behind in a clear and visible aisle, very clearly ON MY PHONE!! I had two people come up and ask what I was doing and if I was okay. When we left, the person at the door said have a nice day and then immediately picked up her mic and whispered something into it while looking dead at us. Maybe one of these things alone may have not seemed like much but the combination is leading me to believe my siblings and I were being profiled for absolutely no good reason since the moment we walked in. This was around 8 pm in the Potomac mills store.
