I was frustrated, but thankfully another stylist stepped in and gave me a haircut right away. Overall, I had a mixed experience. The stylists themselves do a really good job, but the front desk communication could be improved to avoid confusion. I’d still recommend this place because the cuts are worth it and the staff are skilled, but I’d suggest booking an appointment ahead of time rather than relying on walk-ins.
