My son had an appointment today after a very long illness that caused all of his hair to fall out and today was a special moment since it was his first haircut in more than a year. His stylist barely took time to talk with him about what he wanted and seemed quite impatient as he wasn't even sure what he wanted his look to be. She was too rough during the shampoo and caused injury to his left ear while shampooing. What should have been a great milestone in his year turned out to be anything but. I have referred my family and some friends to her but needless to say, we will not be returning.
