I know this location is the one that she normally works at so I wanted to leave a review here. She did such a wonderful job and she was so patient with my son when he started to get fussy at the end. He is almost 2 so his intention span is not very big lol. His haircut looks fantastic and I am so grateful for her!!

At first it looks okay, it’s not the best haircut I’ve had but I can manage it, but she took so much time and then made so much mistakes, keep cutting and cutting deep, and keep dropping things. When she’s using the blower, the tip smashed in my face and fell to the floor. She took so much time and when I requested the shampoo, she said there’s extra charge for tea tree shampoo and I have been a client for years but they never charged me extra for any shampoo. I was like just use the regular shampoo. After shampoo, there were still so much hairs falling out of my head from the haircut. It’s ridiculous. I was not going to pay her at all but whatever, I did not give her tips. Tips are for people who do great job, and she did horrible. I wish there’s zero stars.
