  I’ve been going to Nzhwa for about 6 months now. She does an amazing job with going off inspo pics and styling. I’ve always loved the results and have been very pleased with her work. The pricing is fair and the experience is very relaxing.

  I always go to April for my balayage, root touch‑ups, and deep conditioning treatments — and she truly is the best! She not only delivers flawless results every time, but also takes the time to recommend the right products, styles, and colors that perfectly suit me. What I love most is that April understands exactly what I want and brings my vision to life with such skill and care. I’ve already recommended her to my family and friends, and three of them have gone to her as well — they were just as impressed and loved their experience! April is a gem

  I got my haircut done by Gaby and she did an absolutely amazing job! She listened to exactly what I wanted, gave great suggestions, and made my hair look even better than I imagined. She’s super friendly, patient, and really knows what she’s doing. I’m so happy with my haircut definitely recommend Gaby to anyone looking for a hairstylist who truly cares about her work!

  April needs to be fired. She was so carless with my hair not to mention she tried to over charge me. April told me it would be $180 to cut and dye my hair, I was quoted $112 plus tax online when I made my apt. I don’t know how she came up with that number other than it was probably her “chair fee”. I should have walked out right then and there because what came next was traumatizing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she says “let’s get the bulk of it chopped off”. She took my hair in her hand, cut a handful of hair off, and walked away. Right off break my hair was already shorter than what I showed her in the photo. She then proceeds to dyed my hair along with half of my forehead, face AND managed to get “brown “ dye on my chin! Seriously !?! How did she get dye on my chin you ask , by being very sloppy while applying the dye . At one point she was just using her hands to plop the dye on my head instead of using the brush . Once the dye was applied she left me and I didn’t see her until it was time to rinse my hair. Once she rinsed my hair it was NOT brown but BLACK, then she hacked the rest of my hair off . April was not providing the cut I wanted at all, she would grab chunks of my hair and just cut a chunk here then a chunk there . Not taking the time to make sure the layers blended well or to even make them soft . Once she was finished mutilating my hair she then proceeded to try and scrub the dye off of my face and half of my forehead . She took a towel and scrubbed my head so hard I started to turn pink .I thought she was going to leave a “towel burn” she scrubbed so hard! Had she taken the time to make sure she applied the dye properly she wouldn’t have had to even worry about removing the dye from my face. She then started to blow dry my hair and burnt my head not once but twice because she had the blower too close to my skull. Not to mention I could smell the blow dryer “burning “. Which means it’s was not cleaned properly ,GROSS! When she finished blow drying my hair she had it styled nothing like the photo I showed her . My photo had waves and she styled it with a roller brush in towards my face, not even close to what I wanted . April wasn’t very pleasant and she was very aggressive when she was assisting me. I felt like she was annoyed and rushed through the whole process while she was doing my hair, just because she didn’t get to charge me $180. Again, I was quoted $112 online . Once I got back to my Mother in laws house , my husband and mother in law, both pointed out the sloppiness and uneven cut as well as the incorrect color . The next day I had to drive 700 miles back home so I didn’t have the opportunity to go back to the salon to complain about the service I received. As a beautician she should have more pride in the service she provides for her clients . As a first time customer she definitely left me feeling taken advantage of and unsatisfied with the services I received and the price I was charged for them. I will never recommend anyone to this salon. Nor will I be returning. I’m going to leave a review on Google and Yelp informing everyone to steer clear of April, she is not the person to see when visiting this salon .
