  I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 and arrived five minutes early. When I got there, I was told Angela would take me shortly. She was finishing up with a client, so I waited patiently. After about 15 minutes, I expected to be next, but instead, at around the 20-minute mark, she started working on another client. At that point, I decided to leave. If appointments are running late, there should at least be clear communication or some effort to stay on schedule. It’s frustrating to set aside time, arrive early, and then be overlooked. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

  Gabriela was great! This is my third time going here, but this is the best my hair’s ever looked. She was very sweet, and made sure my hair turned out the way I wanted it to. Highly recommend going here and booking with Gabriela.

  If you need your hair done, go to Connie!!!! She is absolutely incredible. I’ve been going to her for years for regular cuts and she always does a wonderful job. But this time, I wanted to try coloring my hair- I asked for foxtail hair (sort of like ombré tips on lots of layers) and she delivered! She did exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier :) Thank you again Connie, you’re a miracle worker!

  my first time at this salon. service was really good. attentive and knowledgeable. My daughters loved their curly cut and were given great advice on how to continue caring for their hair. Orlando listened to the girls concerns and wants and gave them a hair routines and to pay attention to product use.

  The customer service was great ,but what I ask for my hair was completely different. My vision was entirely different from what I get .From the beginning, I asked and I show an inspo picture of what I want and I ask if they can do it and they said yes, but they couldn't do what I ask Paying a lot of money and not getting what you want is very frustrating. I was so excited to see a good result , but sadly that didn’t happen , did NOT liked the results.i post my inspo picture which is the first picture and the second is mine picture,so you can see what I’m talking about , is not just to put a bad comment is because I feel bad paying just to get this
