The cashier asked if I had an email with them, I said no and tried to hand her my money. Instead of taking it, she called two women over to get ‘free points’, without asking me if I had time or wouldn’t mind. Indeed I would have said it was fine, if I was asked. Instead, I was faced with a rude cashier and two women trying to decide whose email to use for my ‘free points’. I actively made the choice to shop at Kohl’s Sephora, instead of JCPenny’s, I now regret that decision.
