Anna was great! She listened to my needs, and how I wanted my hair styled. She gave me a great hair treatment, cut and blowout. She was knowledgable and friendly.

We had the worst experience at this salon. Nothing about the hair dye is symmetrical or blended. My sister left the salon looking like her roots have been grown out for months. The dye is incredibly uneven and the “blonde” that she asked for is actually yellow and orange. The result is chunky and blotchy, not even close to the images that she showed to the hairdresser. Additionally, the appointment was very overpriced. Will never be going here again. If I could leave zero stars I would. Unfortunately you have to put at least one star to leave a review, awful.

This was the most awful experience we have ever had. Ali did my sister’s hair, and it was a complete disaster. We asked for a bronde honey balayage, and this looks nothing like what it should. We showed reference photos, and the result is terrible. The color is chunky, it is ORANGE, and it is absolutely not what we asked for. To make it even worse, she charged us OVER $200 for this. We will never be going back. Would leave zero stars if I could. Awful.

It was 31 dollars for a haircut for an 11 year old kid. I called ahead to get price was told 22 on the phone. Also sign out front says special offers for new guests and yes this was our first time. Don’t see anything special about this business to make me want to go back. No offer no deal just blame the new girl. Accountability is needed. Didn’t even to offer to uphold what I was told.

Irene did such a great job. I barely gave any instructions and she did fabulous. My hair looked so weighed down and after I left it had volume and waves back to it. She also did a great job with the hair wash she didn’t water board my ears. Will be coming again next time I’m in Virginia.
