  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your store on Sunday, March 29, 2026. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, which made this situation particularly upsetting. Upon entering the store, I was wearing an oversized coat and made a conscious effort to keep it buttoned to avoid any misunderstandings. Despite this, I was followed around the store by a staff member throughout my visit, which made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly targeted. At one point, I opened a product to check the color, as there was no tester available on the floor. While I understand store policies regarding unopened merchandise, I was immediately approached and corrected in a manner that felt unnecessarily confrontational. I apologized and attempted to explain my intention, which was simply to see the color before purchasing. The situation escalated when the staff member loudly stated, in front of others, that the product could no longer be sold because I had touched it. This was both embarrassing and unprofessional. What followed was a verbal altercation on the sales floor, in full view of other customers and staff, without any attempt from others present to de-escalate the situation or offer a resolution. I found the entire interaction to be disrespectful and, frankly, discriminatory in tone. While I do not make such claims lightly, I cannot ignore the way I was treated compared to what I have experienced in the past. As a long-time customer, I am deeply disappointed that I was made to feel this way and that no effort was made to address the situation appropriately. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of your store, and I am reconsidering my decision to continue shopping there.

  Didn't have what I needed, again... but plenty of options in cosmetics and skin care. Prices have gone up... but then again, everything else has gone up too.

  The staff here was really nice and helpful, which made shopping a pleasant experience. They had quite a bit on sale, and that’s what I mostly ended up buying. Great spot to find quality cosmetics at discounted prices!

  Lily was amazing help me out with a lot. I knew what I came in for. I got that and some extra goodies pretty much for the same price. Everything was about 30% off which was a huge deal for Clinique products that I use. Thanks again I will be back next month! Also she gave my husband and I some free samples :) def an enjoyable trip to ccs
