She pointed me to the scanner to check the price for every product. At checkout she offered me 20%if I provided email etc. So I did and then she said she could not honor the discount because the products I was buying were too popular! Very disappointing.

Her comment was..."I'd have to look through all of them just to find any for you. " Well, excuse me, doesn't she work there? Isn't her job to know the products and help customers? Terribly rude. I'll go elsewhere.
