And she definitely did! I was so disappointed in going to stylists that didn't give me full highlights like I asked, and was charged for. It wasn't cheap to get this beautiful blonde, but it was well worth it and I know that she will keep my hair looking beautiful forever. I would highly recommend her and any of the stylists at this salon. Everyone was friendly and the salon was spotless.
