My granddaughter came in to have her hair lightened (her hair was dark brown from a store bought product she tried several months back) and have highlights put in. After 4.5 hours later she came out with 2 pieces of bleach blonde sides by her face and hair looking worse than when she went in. And to make matters worse, she was charged over $200. My granddaughter took in several pictures to show kind of what she wanted, she was told they couldn't do it as it would take several visits. And instead of advising her on what to do, they took it upon themselves to do "something " which made it worse. Unfortunately she had to get to work so she had to stay with the results! Needless to say, we won't be back and now I have to find someone that can fix it!

Kinley was great! The one thing I liked the most was that she was personable. She seemed to really be passionate about hair.

They wouldn’t accept this legitimate ad’s promo code. You won’t earn business or new clients this way, people. (Edit: & then they comment on the review with no resolution and a contradicting comment about ad transparency. A Facebook ad for their franchise is legitimate, to not accept it is ridiculous.)

I highly recommend Elliott. I chose someone with experience because I know how difficult it can be working with fine hair. He did exactly as I asked! Thank you, Elliott!

Before I even got in the chair, I walked in for my appointment. Simply asked whomever the guy was that checked me in “whoever is cutting my hair do they know exactly how to cut a pixie style on African American textured hair” he stated “I’m just going to walk away from you bc we all try our best to do what we can” NUMBER ONE, that is poor customer bc this is MY HAIR AND MY MONEY! I want my hair done the right way. Number two, I’ve been to this place a few times and have good and bad service due to ppl telling me that they know what they’re doing and they did not. Number three, walking away was rude & nasty, yet very distasteful regarding me as an African American. I’ll NEVER go back again!
