Thank goodness I work in makeup and I could help out my mom with a foundation match! The associate decided finally get off of her phone to say if you need any help let me know please. My mom said no it’s fine my daughter is helping me then again it was let me know if you need help finding anything. Then she decided to go and get shipment. I hope management trains her correctly in the future!

I've visited other Sephora at Kohl's locations and they were like a store within a store. This one has no walls and just a few kiosks set up. There was also no associate while I was looking around. I was fairly impressed with the amount of kits and products they were able to fit into such a small space but would still prefer to see a larger Sephora in general in this location.
- JIJoy IngramNov 11, 20241.0I visited the store on 11/9/24. The selection is so limited that it's not worth the very small amount of space it takes up in the store. And the one associate I saw in the area was completely unhelpful. She looked at me and walked away. Not even a hello. So, I couldn't ask her about products or anything. Sephora was the only reason I went to Kohl's. I won't go back.
