  Unfortunately, my rating was not a mistake despite the positive remarks I made in regards to Randi and the staff. Although the staff may have been nice they didn't actually execute the service that was requested. I presented the stylist with several pictures with what I desired. The consultation was not only rushed and disregarded but I was given the impression that the stylist understood what I was hoping to have done. I gave the stylist a lot of freedom in what I was looking for yet when I specifically told the stylist I wanted something, he gave me something else; not to mention he suggested a $30 split end treatment which I declined however upon checkout I was told it was serviced, alongside a maintenance trim, and balm, which I also did not request. None of those were what I asked for. I was not only disappointed because I informed them that this service was for my upcoming birthday and I needed to stay within military regulations due to my active duty service. Nearly all if not everything I mentioned was disregarded. I wouldn't recommend, especially for a nearly $300 hair service that resulted in something entirely what I did not want.
