  I saw Mars and she is absolutely the best if you want color!!!! Even though what I wanted wasn’t able to be done because of a color I had done at home, she was able to come up with a wonderful idea and it turned out great!! Would definitely recommend her!!! The whole team is amazing 🥰

  The lady was sweet but it should not take 4 hours just to foil hair for highlights. I ended up having to ask her to wash it out because I needed to go. Did not have time for her to tone it or brush/style. Everywhere else I have gone for highlights took max 2 hours included blowdry and style.

  Mars was phenomenal across the board. Explained pros and cons of trim versus cut after I explained my spring/summer concerns, advised me on products and gave me a referral card to share with my best friend who lives a couple miles from that location.

  ⸻ I brought my mom in for a shampoo and blow dry after her shoulder surgery, and we had such a wonderful experience thanks to Mars. She was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, which meant so much given my mom’s situation. Mars took her time, made sure my mom was comfortable the entire time, and did an amazing job on her hair—it looked beautiful. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. We’re so grateful for the care and kindness she showed. Highly recommend Mars if you’re looking for someone talented and compassionate!

  I was supposed to have my hair fixed today but instead received a sloppy, uneven, choppy almost mullet from laveria accompanied with awful, rushed, unprofessional behavior. Savannah did a wonderful job during the hair wash- getting handed to her for that portion was the best part of my experience and actually what I was looking for today. I regret not asking her to cut my hair. Laveria tried to upsell me the entire time, never asked how I wanted my hair, ignored me when I spoke except to clarify length and ask about layers, then butchered my hair. I knew I didn't love the hair cut but figured what's done is done I'll wait for it to grow out and cut it again in 2 months until it dried (I'm 31 and I've never had my hair dried at the salon and it's never been an issue) and it is 2-3 inches different on one side than the other. Laveria blamed it on me not blow drying it before I left and it drying unevenly but that's such a poor excuse for such poor service. I've never had a hair dresser behave the way she did today. Laveria refunded me when I told her I didn't trust her to fix my hair and I have made arrangements with a new stylist to attempt to fix it. She is the general manager, if she's ok with doing that to me at my regular appt there's no way I'm letting her "fix" her chop job. I appreciate the refund but will never be back.
