  Aubrie did hair coloring on my hair. I was previously blonde trying to go back to my original hair color so my top was super dark. The bottom was blonde. She did an amazing job getting it blended back in. We just love Aubrie. She is amazing at everything she does.

  Person cutting hair was so nice! Hair cut is bad. I had to ask if one of the other workers could step in and make it straight. 😬😳 I’m certain I was over charged. $32 with no shampoo or style.

  My first haircut at the Hair Cuttery at Red Mill. Was checked in for my appointment easy and only waited a few minutes to be called back. My stylist, Avery, listened to my wants and knew exactly what to do and was friendly and social during the style. Had a very good experience and will be back.

  I had such a great experience with Avery Thank you From the moment I sat in the chair, she really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I’ve had past experiences where stylists would kind of do their own thing, but that was definitely not the case here. She asked thoughtful questions, made sure she understood my vision, and checked in along the way to make sure everything was going how I expected. I really appreciated how attentive and detail-oriented she was—it made me feel comfortable and confident the whole time. The end result was exactly what I asked for, if not better. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients being happy and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly listens!

  Attached is a photo of what should be a perm. the technician supposedly used the smallest rods so that I could have the tightest curls…. From the picture you can see that that is not the case…. I’m totally upset and disgusted and don’t know what to do… please call me back as soon as possible…. Furthermore the technician didn’t used the whole bottle of neutralizer she mixed the 2 chemicals as she was supposed to but only used 1/4 of the solution…. I asked her why didn’t she use the whole bottle…. If you guys hadn’t contacted me I wouldn’t be where I am right now …. She said she’s new so you fits need to be aware but how can we resolve this???????
