- TTTroy TelfordApr 4, 20263.0For a manager, Coco, to call out a customer for not answering there phone or text message for not being able to come on an hour and a half early for their appointment due to "emergency closure" is unprofessional. Not to mention, the other staff member, was unaware they were closing an hour early. Onyx, did great. Treated me kindly and did a nice haircut. But based on the way the manager of all people walked around like the queen of the castle, I will not return to this location.
