- DSDave Creates SmilesAug 23, 20251.0They should just shut this place down I'm in Kohl's daily pretty much for Amazon returns because we purchase so much, my daughter wanted to check out the new makeup and perfume and although the employees were standing there they never greeted us and more or less stared at us like why are we there kindness goes a long way
- SSSherriAug 3, 20253.0I wanted to love it there- and while I do love the brands they carry, their inventory was incredibly sparse. What made matters worse was they didn't have the item I needed, although their website indicated they had it in stock. So, call first to double check. And what little they did have often appeared to have been tampered with, which doesn't even make sense considering they offer samplers of most. Additionally, I couldn't find a Sephora employee who worked there to help me with anything. There was a Kohl's employee who did find out the answer to a general question I had (not specific to a product). But, I'm hoping this was isolated, and that a return at some point will reveal much-needed improvements.
