- SSsierraNov 13, 20254.0This is the best Sephora location in Hampton Roads. Staff is always helpful and attentive. I love that they carry YSL, Dior, and Armani. Even though they (unfortunately) carry Tarte, Too Faced, and Charlotte Tillbury, they don't market the items in the full frontal assault manner that Ulta does. The clean beauty section is awesome and stocked to the gills with emerging indie brands. And Drunk Elephant is tucked in a back corner where it belongs! The hair product selection is a bit underwhelming.

Two associates helped me a ton: one young lady with dyed red hair and glasses (I regretfully didn't get her name) helped me pick out the right shade of foundation and bronser and answered many of my questions. Another delightful associate named Thursday helped me find accessible, mistake-proof make up and also answered my many questions. I would highly recommend this store, I'll be coming back for sure :)

Im sorry I’m hard of hearing and it’s incredibly loud inside the store, it’s a medical condition I can’t control, also she forced me to enter my phone number which I dont have an account with Sephora so whoever had my phone number previously basically got all my points.

Naya introduced me to some wonderful skin care products and walked me through the products she used on my makeup. She was absolutely wonderful with her technique, tutoring, and end result. I was so happy with the session that I purchased over $700 of the products she used for both skin care and makeup. I am 54 years old and have never had a makeup session. My hair is greying very quickly and my complexion had changed over the years, so I wanted to do the session to have better matching products to the changes. Additionally, I have never really had a skin care regiment, so her suggestions were perfect. Thank you so much because I have done the skin care regiment a few times since and my skin feels so wonderful. I did my makeup with the products I bought and the instruction she gave me. My makeup turned out so wonderful. Thank you Naya. I will definitely be back to that location for more advice and suggestions.
