- IIIltftila5 days ago1.0The blonde elderly woman has left quite an impression on me. I shop here good amount of time and this is the third time she has spoken to me with an attitude. I am not expecting an overly soft tone or special treatment, but I do expect basic professionalism and manners. To be honest, walking in and making purchases with your criticizing tone while giving me side eye is not appealing. As a customer, I am not responsible for or concerned with whatever personal issues may be causing this behavior. Professional conduct should remain consistent regardless. Working at Sephora does not mean you own the store or that customers should be treated dismissively. You are no different from a Walmart cashier/assistance but they offer better shopping experience for me. This is my first comment ever posted but I literally saw numerous of comments about her, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Even so, Kayden took the time to help me. They were so patient with this aging lady who is inexperienced with makeup! I just wanted to thank them for making me feel comfortable. P.S. Their eye makeup was killer!!!
