    don't have bags (so bring your own or they will charge you to get some), always out of inventory, and computers are always slow to check out. I only go here if I have no choice.

    This is my favorite Salon Centric. I love Mrs. Malissia, Mrs. Renee, and Kelsey. They are so helpful, friendly, professional and they make it fun to shop there. People complain saying they don’t have certain things in stock but I beg to differ. They have a great selection and if it’s something you need that they don’t have they are so quick to offer you to special order your stuff and it doesn’t take long to get your order. They have great sales and offer snacks and beverages to all the customers. My kids shop with me sometimes and they love coming to the store with me because it’s such a positive atmosphere.

    The staff are very helpful, however there is always a line in the cashier. Their computer system is always slow, sometimes they have to call another store to solve costumer problems, so definitely not a store to go grab a product real quick. I have got in line so many times to pay, and just returned everything to the shelf and left.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
