Her demeanor made me incredibly relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Restore was a very clean and relaxing place to visit with other very lovely staff members. Full array of options - I use the full body & local Cryo the most - has helped w inflammation & headaches. The red light & infrared sauna are also relaxing. Will be trying the hyperbaric this mo & an IV drip. The staff is STELLAR - always making you feel welcome & pampered. Bought a 3 mo membership but will continue coming long after. Also - as a side note - wanted to thank you for your Food & Toy Drive - my daughters & I choose a family every year to help celebrate the holidays but being new here didn't know anyone yet - you guys made it easy to share my gratitude for a good life w others. Nice to see a local business care about others in the community. You guys have earned my business on many levels. See ya soon !

- JSJames ShepherdOct 8, 20255.0I contracted Covid in January of 2021. I had a condition known as "long covid". One of my symptoms is nerve pain throughout my entire body. This would get worse if the temperature dropped. I heard a Doctor on the radio one morning talking about how a lot of direct sunlight was helping patients with these symptoms. It definitely helped. However as we're moving onto colder days and less sunlight the nerve pain was again getting worse. My girlfriend booked an Infrared sauna appointment for me. I honestly wasn't expecting much, perhaps some mild short term relief. Literally with minutes of me sitting in the sauna I could feel my muscles start to relax. My joints must have cracked at least 1000 times. My neck, shoulders, back, hips you name it. Small little cracks. After 30 minutes I finished, showered and left. I honestly felt pretty decent when I left. I was cautiously optimistic. However as the day went on I noticed all the things I used to do that were painful, simply were not painful anymore. Getting in and out of the car. Driving and moving my head to check my mirrors. Lifting my arms over my head etc. I had FULL range of motion that I had not had in 4 1/2 years. I've been to multiple doctors, specialists, chiropractors, massage therapy, I've used heating pads, home massage, nothing did more than offer SOME temporary relief. Today is day 3 since the treatment and I've retained 95% or more of the relief. I do have some very minor stiffness in my right shoulder/neck area. But I STILL have full range of motion on both arms, hips, back everything. It's the beginning of Autumn, and we have a few leaves falling. Today I just bent down and picked them up, no pain, no stiffness, nothing. I couldn't have done that Sunday. It's been 4 1/2 years since I've been pain free. One of my passions is martial arts. I haven't been physically able to train at even half speed for 4 1/2 years. Some days I couldn't even get out of bed due to the pain. The day of my appointment I was in fairly rough shape. A 6-7 on a scale of 1-10. 3 days now I would rate the pain as 0. I've just managed the pain for 4 1/2 years with the best days being a 3-4 on the scale. I don't understand the science or how it works, why it works or any of that. I'll just say it 100% worked for me. I know it's not a permanent cure, but more of an ongoing treatment. But it's worth it to be pain free for the first time in years.
