- LSLeah Daniella Santiago-FuentesOct 27, 20251.0The receptionist is very friendly , sadly to say I did not have a pleasant experience with the injector Michelle , my appt was Friday for Botox and filler , this is not my first time , however my plastic surgeon has retired so I decided to try this place out , I was very clear with her on what outcome I was looking for , I fully was ready to experience swelling and all the joys that come along with filler but I left there looking no different and complained so got set up to see her again today (2) days later showed her photos from the day of my last treatment with my previous provider. She insisted that I was not correct on the amount of product used , then she said it could have been the way I sleep that caused the product to shift and that’s why my naturally perfect shaped lips are now lopsided, again I told her no , I sleep on my back with my head slightly elevated , so she said yes she saw it too so then added filler and explained what product she used this time , which should have been what she used the first time ! So although now corrected I wouldn’t recommend her. She didn’t listen to what I wanted and didn’t use a product best suited for me .Also with my Botox she didn’t ask how many units I wanted she gave me very minimal, as she didn’t to my friend the same day , I feel like she pre-judged what she thought our budget was or the fact she even thought we had one …
