  David Dee is an amazing stylist who listens to what you want and doesn’t exactly that. He has cut my hair atleast five times now and I always walk out of the salon happy and confident. He has a great personality and is easy to talk to while maintaining a professional work attitude. I will continue to see David as long as he is cutting hair.

  I had Kenya (who is a master stylist and I think the manager) color my hair 4 different times the first she colored it I didn’t like the color at all (I showed her several pictures of my hair when the color was great) when I went back and told her I didn’t like the previous color she said “I knew you weren’t going to like it I should of just went with what I thought would look good” so I told her ok do that and I LOVED THE COLOR so on my 3rd time I went to get my hair colored again the way she had just colored it BUT SHE COULD NOT REMEMBER WHAT SHE USED BECAUSE SHE NEVER WROTE IT DOWN OR ADDED IT TO MY PROFILE and whatever color she used I didn’t like …. What is the point of having a computer if you’re not going to use it!! I went back a fourth time and she got my color back to what I like. I need my hair colored again so I called to make an appointment and also decided to ask the receptionist to look in my profile to tell me what color I use but guess what that’s right she never wrote it down …. She has never documented my hair color on any of the times I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK … I DO NOT RECOMMEND KENYA …. There is no excuse not to do your job, it’s unprofessional and lazy of you and your SUPPOSED TO BE A MASTER STYLIST …. I GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR YOU …. WHAT A RIP OFF!! I gave you a $30 tip everytime even when you got my color WRONG and I left hating my hair which was 2 out of 4 times !! FYI WHEN ALL THE STYLIST MAKE A POINT OF SAYING WOW THATS SUCH A NICE COLOR ITS JUST THIER WAY OF HAVING EACH OTHERS BACK WHEN THE STYLIST KNOWS SHE MESSED UP BUT OF COURSE HAS NO INTENTION OF SAYING SORRY OR ASKING YOU IF YOU WOULD LIKE HER TO TRY AND FIX IT!! I will take half the blame for giving Kenya so many chances, for giving Kenya a tip even on the two times she didn’t deserve or earn it and for not speaking up for myself and telling her WHY ARENT YOU WRITING DOWN MY COLOR EVERY TIME AND ADDING NOTES WHEN WE CHANGE MY COLOR SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO THE NEXT TIME! I WOULD LOVE THE TO REVERSE THE ROLE ON STYLIST THAT DONT CARE DONT LISTEN …. If you ask for 2 inches off and they cut 6 then fair is fair we should get the scissors and they should take the chair, I ask for my hair to be colored the same as previous but you were too lazy to write it down so my hair turn out darker and brassy then I get to color your hair AFTER ALL FAIR IS FAIR!! DO NOT GO TO KENYA OR AT THE VERY LEAST HAVE SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER SHOP CHECK THE COMPUTER AND SEE IF SHE PUT NOTES IN YOUR ACCOUNT …. SHE SHOULD NOT BE A SUPERVISOR !!

  I went here to get my hair colored and a trim. The stylist did a good job on the color but I asked for a trim and didn't realize my hair was cut 4 inches off until I got home and was looking at it in the mirror. I was livid!! Everyone tried to make me feel better saying my hair looked good. But I was still upset that she cut that much off, when I asked for a trim! I also explained my health condition about my hair and I had not did coloring or cutting in 2 years! Plus she was saying how healthy my hair was and how good it smelled. If I asked for a trim that is what I expect not to have 4 inches of my hair cut and not be told when you are chopping off my hair without my knowledge. Plus I paid a lot of money to get my hair done and I tipped her very well. But I expected it to be what I asked for...I will never go back here again. Now I am trying to find methods of growing my hair back. SMH This is my hair photos August 27th and September 1st. They need to give me a refund because I am not happy at all. So now I am trying to figure out how to get my 4inches back that was taken off without my consent!

  I went to the salon at JCP in the Lynnhaven mall Myra styled my hair to my request. She did as we discussed and it came out perfect. The following day we returned to have my hair colored as there was not enough time in one day it was after 4:00. The hair color and highlights came out to my liking as well. Myra is amaizing and great to talk with too. She will be my go to for all of my hair needs.
