- ACAnnette CasianoDec 7, 20251.0I was at lynn haven mall JCPennys hair salon yesturday in virginia beach .I needed a touch up and a hair cut .my hair is shoulder length. Eileen was my hair dresser. I was charged $310.00 for a one time service witch includes a touch up ,hair cut and and high lights .I really was shocked when they gave me the price .I never ever payed $310 for a hair cut service and im from Ny and i take care of my hair every 6 weeks . I will never recommend or go there again. Never.

He has cut my hair atleast five times now and I always walk out of the salon happy and confident. He has a great personality and is easy to talk to while maintaining a professional work attitude. I will continue to see David as long as he is cutting hair.
