And I asked for layers like the 2 reference photos I showed her and she just blunt cut my hair. I ended up finishing my bangs once I got home. I also asked her to go shorter and showed her where to cut it to, but she kept it long and when I asked her to go shorter she didn't change. At the end she mentioned that they close at 7pm and to keep that in mind as it was almost 7:40pm. Google said they close at 8pm and my appointment was at 6:15pm and I got there early. It felt rude and uncomfortable. I didn't know, nor was i expecting it to take that long to cut my hair. I didn't want to be there that long either.
