Pissed was an understatement especially considering I left work early in order to make the appointment before the upcoming holidays.. However, 10/10 and 5 stars to Ashli and Fouzia? who were able to be compassionate and empathetic on top of offering to fit me between their other appointments. Ashli ended up cutting my hair and giving probably one of the best haircuts I have ever received from Hair Cuttery.
