From the moment I walked in she met me and was straightforward that she was running a little bit behind. She looked at all my inspiration photos prior to mixing colors and really listened to me! I asked for no golden blonde and she delivered! I am trying to grow my hair out and was certain I would need inches off for dead ends and nope! A lovely trim with layers really did the trick. I also talked to Shelia about our water and she recommended products within my budget to combat the hardness and save my color! Also! No awkward small talk! I hate when Stylist feel obligated to fill the void of silence!. I was able to scroll while she was in the zone working on my foils. I highly recommend Shelia! 10/10! Thank you so much for helping my confidence!
