- EEEdnaDec 20, 20252.0Get what you paid for. Stylist didn’t deliver on the hair style I requested; even with a reference photo. The stylist cut my hair way shorter than I asked and didn’t do a good job communicating with me throughout the process. Especially since my hair texture and thickness doesn’t work well with shorter cuts. It wasn’t until the end that I noticed how short it actually was because she only showed me the cut from the front once versus showing me how long it would be in the back. I also wear glasses so I’m trusting they are doing their job correctly without me having to budge in and micro manage. I also feel like the service wasn’t there especially when it came to the post hair clean up. I’ve gotten haircuts in all price ranges and every hairstylist always clean and wiped off the hair after they are done and show the cut from the back. I shouldn’t be asked “would you like to see it from the back” it’s should be expected. To be clear — I’ve never complained about a haircut in my life and it shows a lot that I’ve taken the time to leave this review. I’m just thankful hair grows back and hair ties exist.
