We got there and there was one person working who told us it would be at least an hour and a half wait... Even though we booked and checked in hours before, online. My kids were disappointed so we called every salon in a 10 mile radius. We happened to see Great Clips across the street and we are so glad we did. The ladies at the salon were great. They got us in so fast and cut both girls at the same time. We left with big smiles and happy kids. This is definitely our new spot. Thank you to the ladies at Great Clips for making sure my girls didnt go home disappointed.

I have been going here for a while now, and it's always hit or miss. Turnover is crazy, so if I get a person I like, they no longer work here a few months later. I am going to find a different cutter because this is not the first time it happened. They should pay me for the haircut I just got.

I'm EXTREMELY picky on who I allow to touch my hair and Alexes not only knows my hair texture but knows exactly how it grows and how it needs to be cut so it lays pretty. The staff... are soo nice every time I go in. Smiling and happy. Love this particular location!!!!

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
