  Received genuinely the worst haircut of my life and even worse attitude from Hilda. Told her I was going to a wedding in 4 days and she left me with lopsided hair, uneven bangs, and textured hair on one side of my head but not the rest. Did not allow me tell her what I wanted, just talked about herself. Everything felt rushed even though I told her I wasn’t in a hurry and she herself said she needed to kill time in between my appointment and the next. I asked her to fix my hair later that same day. I would have forgiven her for the initial bad haircut if she fixed it with grace, but she did not. She gave me the backhanded comment “You have *special* hair” and claimed my bangs weren’t uneven, but that the obviously shorter chunk of bangs in the middle of my forehead was a “small detail you just happened to notice.” When I told her how my coworkers and boyfriend were the ones to point out how bad my hair looked, all she could do was giggle. The “fix,” if you could call it that, still has the same issues as the first cut, uneven and inconsistently textured. I now have to see a new stylist because I can’t trust Hilda to get it right on the 3rd try. I lost 2 inches I wasn’t planning to cut of my already-short hair as a result of this experience. Please be wary of Hilda and her attitude. First 3 photos are from the initial haircut, last photo is the “fix.”

  Hilda B. This lady, apart from being a loving and super nice woman, left my hair incredible. I had dyes before and my hair is super rebellious. The truth was there but the result simply left me speechless. How beautiful it looks, I love my new style, come, you won't regret the result
