I showed up at the time and was greeted by a receptionist who ran the shared space office. They claimed I didn't have an appointment because I hadn't secured it by a $25 no show cancellation fee. I had booked it the previous day, confirmed that morning, and showed up, so clearly wasn't a no show. The 'technician Eva' wouldn't come out to see me and the receptionist wouldn't show me which room in the building was their office (no rooms are sign posted). Every time I called the number listed it would ring out and then someone would immediately call me back. The tech was there and available and they'd 'secure the appointment if I paid the $25'. I'm pretty sure they're just trying to get your credit card details via this $25 charge. So many weird red flags.

Also, I haven’t gone here for years, but for some reason they think it’s appropriate to still use my phone number and send me receipts for things I never purchased! And, she sent me pictures of another client by mistake. Oh, and she gave me scarring from the procedure I had done but assured me it was normal. News flash - it’s not. I had another provider check and it’s not normal. Avoid this place at all costs.
