  February 14, 2023, at 12:30 PM I would like to express my utmost admiration for the exceptional team of women at this establishment. Their exceptional teamwork, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities are truly remarkable. Regarding their both rent, I propose that the rent should be waived for a week or month. Due to current (Consistent!!!) system is flawed and should be rectified. My stylist, Ms. Chanta, is an exceptional professional. Her kindness, down-to-earth nature, and vast knowledge are truly impressive. Despite the long wait times, she consistently delivers exceptional service. Her honesty and straightforwardness are truly commendable. Towards the end of my appointment, I was feeling tired and upset for the entire team. However, Ms. Chanta’s professionalism shone through. She handled her scissors with precision, as if she were painting a masterpiece. Her expertise in product usage is unparalleled. She is one of the most honest and professional hairstylists I have ever encountered. Ms. Chanta’s presence is truly inspiring. Wherever she works, I feel a sense of to follow her for my hair care needs and styling. She is a realist, even when I made a mistake by cutting off my bangs. Despite this oversight, she transformed it into something beautiful and even offered to add my clip-ins( was to busy to actually, come back the next day in the morning). She also allowed me to charge my phone, which was crucial for me to do.. So I could pay for the service. On my next appointment, I will definitely purchase the larger bottles of shampoo and other products that she recommended. It is important to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of all the women who work at this location. If you are seeking a professional, laid-back, and enjoyable environment, this is the place to be. The effort and quality is truly phenomenal.   Will never go back , they dont want to do 4c hair. Book an appointment for two stranded twist but the stylist insisted to give me big plated braids. Wasnt braided correctly and no product was used. My braids were uneven and frizzy..She said she was tired. Paid too much to play in my 4c hair.

  Nan was amazing, the products she used on my hair were amazing! She was sweet, soft spoken and courteous. I knew the staff was tired by that time of the night but they kept pushing and did an excellent job on each client. I will return, I was so impressed with how my hair ended up looking.
