We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again… big mistake!! The first photo is the inspo photo. The only “asks” were that the sides were a little bit shorter but not shaved super short. This is him so it is a possible cut with his hair type. The second photo is the result. This cut is extremely different and not at all what was requested. Hair does grow back, but it takes time. I would expect a professional facility to listen to a client and perform the requested to the best of their ability. This most definitely was not it. I do not recommend, save your money and your hair!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
