- IIItsjusttayleeAug 30, 20251.0This is the second poor and by far worst haircut my partner had gotten through this facility. He had been there several times before these recent 2. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again… big mistake!! The first photo is the inspo photo. The only “asks” were that the sides were a little bit shorter but not shaved super short. This is him so it is a possible cut with his hair type. The second photo is the result. This cut is extremely different and not at all what was requested. Hair does grow back, but it takes time. I would expect a professional facility to listen to a client and perform the requested to the best of their ability. This most definitely was not it. I do not recommend, save your money and your hair!

She immediately said “Margaret” at the Suffolk Great Clips. Literally i have had the same two people cut my hair for well over 30 years and i dont take change well. Margaret put me at ease and did an awesome job. Most highly recommend her and the staff at Suffolk Great Clips! Thank You,, see ya in two weeks!!!
- JDJulie DornJul 6, 20251.0⭐ 1 Star – If I Could Give Zero, I Would I had one of the worst hair experiences of my life at Great Clips, and the customer service somehow managed to be even worse. The stylist who cut my hair lacked the basic skills to do the job. The result was a completely uneven and messy cut. I had to go straight to my regular salon just to have it fixed—which says it all. That was $30 down the drain. When I tried to get a refund, I was given the runaround. I was told corporate needed to review salon footage—only to find out directly from corporate that they don’t even review videos. So, either I was lied to or no one knows what they’re talking about. The area manager then denied my refund, blaming me for asking the stylist to go shorter. I only asked that because the cut was so crooked—it wasn’t a style choice, it was damage control. I gave the stylist multiple chances to fix it before deciding to cut my losses (literally) and head to a salon I actually trust. The manager’s attitude? Dismissive, rude, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. No skill, no service, no guarantee. Just excuses. 💇♀️ Consider this your warning: don’t let them near your hair. Ever

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
