  Today, I sent my 17 year old daughter to Ann- my only and favorite hairdresser at this location. And I did not accompany her today. My daughter said that another hair dresser was asked to take over for Ahn part of the way through the highlights- and finished the whole thing. This is not what we asked for. And the highlights were not bright enough as asked for… she wanted to go much lighter. The cut was ok… but in the end, we are not satisfied and I’m confused at my daughter’s outcome. There would have been no way for her to get that she wanted from the appointment- and we are very disappointed in tbt result and the service today. They should redo her highlights for free and should have called me to let me know of the changes- as she is not 18 years old.

  Great haircut! Poor customer service. When booking the appointment through text, I was offered a 50% off coupon to return, since it had been a while. They refused to honor the coupon in person. They said AI sends those texts and AI got it wrong. But I only booked the appointment because of the discount. It's misleading and not right to promise one thing and not honor it.

  My is such a wonderful stylist. She listens to your ideas and provides thoughful, professional responses. Cuts and highlights by her are always well done. She treats all her clients with kindness and respect. In fact, I notice that all the stylists at Cascades Hair Cuttery do the same.

  This place has a big family environment I been coming to this place for more than 15 years and never a problem at all, Omar has always take care of me and he always been my best and only hair cutter, thank you Omar again..

  I had an outstanding experience at Hair Cuttery. They took me on a short notice and was warmly welcomed and taken care of right away, which I really appreciated. My hairdresser Ms. Sohaila was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and added her own creative touch, which turned out even better than I expected. I highly recommend this location and the stylist and will definitely be coming back.
