  Head hundreds of haircuts. Must say by far not even close the worst that I’ve Ever had. She spent less than five minutes on me and just hacked A way like I was bothering her. Never again! Unbelievable.

  Absolutely appalled and highly disappointed by the absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and terrible customer service provided at this location. I went in to get a haircut and walked in, 1 customer was there and a few hair stylists. The one lady asked if I had an appointment... no She said well you'll have to make one I was like , there's noone here and all I need is a quick trim. That might take 15 to 20 min. She said she had another customer coming in 30 min and couldn't he bothered.. are you kidding? Is this what they are teaching these hairstylist nowadays? Because that is horrible customer service I asked if the other ladies were available? She said no. They have other customers coming in and that if I cane back at 8, it was 535... not a chance I was floored by the absolutely despicable and discourteous service that was happening. I honestly couldn't believe it. I've been a customer for over 20 years and this is by far the WORST I've ever endured in my life. If this is what's happened to hair buttery, I'll be taking my business else where. Noone should ever have to be subjected to such Poor customer service I left because I was not going to habe any more of my time wasted by this atrocity and the audacity of these stylists

  I walked in 2/26/26 with my husband & we both wanted only our ends trimmed (we both have curly hair) Patrick took my husband & Shahla took me. I told her I had washed my hair that morning but I did not comb it, so it was tangled and in a braid. Mind you, She asked “so no wash?” I said “oh no, yes wash”. She proceeds to untangle my hair, did not take me back to wash it, i thought maybe she’d do it at the end & go over it. My cutt took 10 mins total. She did not section my hair, literally cutt chunks out & left a half job done. She was spraying my hair, nowhere leaving it wet. She cutt my hair DRY. You cannot cutt any hair let alone curly hair dry. Mind you I went back first and when I was done, she didnt even attempt to style it, it stayed the same way I came in there, a mess, now only this time, I was leaving with with a choppy haircutt.I immediately tied it up & waited for my husband to be done. In the middle of this a walk-in same as us came in, asked for her and she said she would be with him shortly. I asked if she had time for at-least a blow out she said no bc she had a walk in. While I was sitting next to my husband waiting, She then says she can blow out my hair now bc she was done. I said No, clearly I did not want her anywhere near my head anymore. Patrick tended to my husband in the most professional way ever. Washed his head, consulted with him, took his time, sectioned his hair & put product once he finished. I got none of that. We asked Patrick at check out if he had time to fix mine but he didnt so my husband booked for the following morning bc I literally broke down in tears once we got to the car. I got home, washed my hair & did a blow out & I started crying. My hair was so uneven, just ruined. I will attach photos of it here & I will also attach photos of how nice and curly my hair naturally is, I had not cutt it in 2 years. I did want all the dead tips gone, but she straight up ruined my hair. She rushed it and did not take her time. Never have I ever sat in a chair and had this experience let alone had the whole damn thing take damn near 15 mins top from the moment I sat down to the moment she was done. 2/27/26 I walk in to my appointment with Patrick, & honestly I walked out with a smile on my face, I felt 10 times better than the day before. He even gave me a discount as I was just in the day prior. I wasn’t even going to ask for anything but it did make me feel acknowledged & my feelings validated. He had to cutt more off my left side, bc it was just so choppy. Mind you on 2/26 we were celebrating our 11th year anniversary together but we had to reschedule to the next day bc there was no way I was leaving the house with a choppy haircut. We will be going back to Patrick, he has gained 2 new loyal customers & we even tipped him well & will continue to do so each time. I myself went to cosmetology school in 2019, & honestly Shahla should consider going back because what she did to my hair was completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Im honestly thinking about reporting her to the board bc what she did was the worst thing you could ever do to someone trusting you to do their hair. If you don’t have time, and cannot cutt hair (especially curly hair) properly, you should turn away the client rather than giving them the experience I had.
