  This is my first and last time at this location. Super unprofessional. For the Cyber Monday deals and I got a few products. I purposely went to this location because I was told that my product was available to grab and so I Ordered at this location. I was given confirmation Emails saying that all my products were ready to pick up. Within the two days of me going to grab this package. Not once was I ever given a call from the store or an email from the store saying the products that I purposely got on cyber Monday, were unavailable at their store. I go in person and was only given one product out of the three I had boughten. the lady in front with an attitude was telling me, unfortunately that these products were unavailable, although they had some on the shelves right in front of my face telling me that it was sold out. I had been asked why can’t I get the ones on the shelves and she told me if I was gonna get them I would have to pay full price. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have been given those products on the shelves if I had already paid online for them and you guys very much had them in stock. I think it’s very unprofessional how things were handled because although I was given a refund when I asked about information on it, the lady in front still with her attitude, didn’t know how to respond and just gave me the customer service line phone number. I bought three items from the store and, I only walked out with one of the items I had bought. Anyone who comes here and buy stuff online I recommend that you call beforehand to make sure that they have their products or else you’ll be in the same boat that I am right now.

  The staff here make me feel remembered, like family. They are SO HELPFUL. Note that this establishment can only sell to licensed professionals in the cosmetology/barber/makeup/skin industry.

  I have been a customer with Salon Centric for many years and would like to commend Mihad for her knowledge and exceptional customer service at this location. She is always raising the bar when it comes to keeping my team up to date with promotions and assisting with large orders for my salon. Thanks for all your hard work Mihad!!

  I am so happy that Salon Centric came to Sterling! My mom and I stopped by one evening to check out the place and they are fully stocked. The lady working (long, dark hair - not the manager but I think her assistant?) was more than pleasant to be there. I asked for her name, but unfortunately it's slipping my mind. She helped us pick out some goodies. The store was clean and well kept. I'm so excited to come back.
