I waited ten minutes and was immediately serviced. My eyebrows look great and my aesthetician discussed the latest services to protect my medium blonde highlights. - NSNishka SehgalAug 9, 20191.0Recently we went to the JcPenny hair salon and they had a deal for kids Kindergarten to 6th grade to get a $10 haircut. We weren’t satisfied with her haircut. She literally chopped her hair. We didn’t ask for her hair to be like that. Now her hair is ruined and she looks so peculiar. I’m not going there again. I rather just cut my kids hair at home. Our stylist was a Designer! Fay and she should know how to cut any type of hair! Weather it’s $10 or $60 a haircut should be cut well.
