I brought all 3 kids here, with appointments booked, and the staff did a great job! The baby sat in my lap, and my other 2 young kids both sat on their own with boosters. The staff was very accommodating and understanding and even had fun playing with my kids.
(Just an FYI they don't have lollipops for the kids [since COVID] and no screens or TVs so if you need those for your kids I'd recommend bringing them.)
I also brought snacks for my kids to munch on and they didn't mind.

Soheyla is wonderful. She cuts my hair perfectly and did a beautiful job with coloring the gray.

After receiving a 25% off coupon in my email, I made an appointment within the valid dates. Upon checkout, the stylist said the discount was only for new clients, but the email did not say that at all. There was no other assistance provided to try and figure out how to enter the discount and I ended up paying full price. I was told other clients had the same problem earlier that day. I would not have come in when I did otherwise. This is misleading and false advertising. Hair Cuttery does not have a main customer service number and directs you to the individual salon for assistance, which is useless in my case since they had no idea what they were doing or had no inclination to help. I’ve been going there for a while, but Hair Cuttery has gotten more expensive (I paid $63 for a basic cut/dry). The results have been less satisfactory and not worth the money.

It’s always a little nerve racking trying a new place for a hair cut. But Soheyla was great and talked me through everything she was doing. Love my cut and i’ll be going back!

After I had my hair cut and in the middle of drying it, I was told that my haircut and a blow dryer would be $50. Period this is absolutely ridiculous, the reason that people go to hair Cuttery is because it was less expensive than all other places and you were able to get a decent haircut maybe not a great haircut but a decent haircut and the experience was lovely. At this time it is just as expensive as any other haircut haircutting place and it is not the experience I used to have at the hair Cuttery. I will never go back because I think I should've been made aware of the price increase before I sat down there and get my haircut. Thank you for lots of good years of lots of good haircuts.
