Just want to change, she was kind enough to schedule me for the same day and upon my arrival, I was greeted by Shahla, she had a nice smile on and was very welcoming. I noticed she was cleaning the chair after her previous client, something that is very important to me. Then she patiently listened to me while I was trying to explain the look I was trying to achieve. She then started the highlights, I have done my hair so many times, enough to know that she was a pro, she did a wonderful job adding full highlights followed by a base color change. We had a lovely conversation the entire time that i was there. I did not feel rushed at all, felt very respected as a client and she kept checking on me to make sure my hair is not damaged, due to my hair being overprocessed prior to visiting hair. Not only she made feel very welcome and very valued as a client, but also I left the place with hair worth a million bucks. She did a phenomenal job and I could not be happier with my hair. Such a wonderful and talented stylist,. thank you Shahla!
