  I like the cut. I think it is odd to pay extra to style or at the very least dry hair after a cut. The stylist I had didn't ask. He cut my hair then pulled the cape off me. I felt very ushered out.

  My beautician of 17 years was booked for 2 months, I walked in the Hair Cuttery of Waynesboro and Kayla and trinity were busy but work kindness made an appointment at the hair Cuttery the same day. Schoenberg did an excellent job with highlights and cut.

  It's taken a while for me to finally write this review but I made an appointment back in January and had an excellent experience. I'm newer to the area and haven't found a hair stylist. I took a chance and booked with Emily after seeing she has done curly hair. I have severe medical issues and undergo treatment that cause hair loss. Due to this, my hair lost a lot of its curl pattern/texture. I was nervous to get my hair cut because it doesn't grow much but I expressed my concerns with Emily and she was very careful with the amount she took off and checked in with me every step of the way. She did a phenomenal job layering and showed me how I could wear my hair. She was amazing and thoughtful, I will definitely be coming back!

  I drove 30 minutes to this Hair Cuttery location based on the website stating walk-ins are welcome and even showing estimated wait times—only to be told when I arrived that they are fully booked and do not accept walk-ins at all. If walk-ins are no longer an option, then the website needs to be updated immediately to reflect that. Don’t advertise something you’re not actually offering. A true walk-in means accommodating customers between appointments or during gaps—not turning people away at the door. This wasn’t just frustrating—it was a complete waste of time and money, especially with the cost of gas. Do better with your communication and set accurate expectations for your customers.

  I had a very great experience I'm one of those ones that don't let a lot of people touch my hair and mine had to be fixed because about a year ago I ended up getting a big knot in my hair that we couldn't brush out took 3 days so we ended up cutting it out so they had to go in and refix my whole hair and make it one length so it was a little complicated and they gave me no problem we're very nice very to my situation I was very self-conscious they were so sweet gentle with me went through every step of what we would have to do and made me so comfortable I will be going back to this place again My hair stylist was awesome
